Happy Clients and ‘Stuck’ Cases

A beautiful bunch of flowers received from a very happy client last week.

I love this kind of matter – this client’s permanent residency visa application had become ‘stuck’ in the system for almost 3 years, including 8 months after a successful application to Administrative Appeals Tribunal. The client approached me to see if I would be able to get the case moving again and granted.

Exactly 1 week after I first contacted the Department of Home Affairs, their permanent residency visa was granted!

Not all ‘stuck’ cases go so well, or so quickly, but there are definitely effective steps that migration lawyers and agents can take in these kind of cases.

If you are a Migration Professional and you are interested in these kinds of strategies, I suggest booking in for one of my seminars regularly offered through the Migration Institute of Australia.

If you are a client with a ‘stuck’ case, please get in touch with me via email at Victoria.lenton@lentonmigration.com.au, and I would be very happy to assist.
